Christian creationsits say that other sources of dating can be fallible because material can be brought in later by other forces to skew the date result, and the dates themselves vary widely, such that the scientists then pick 'n' choose which date they like, keep that, and ignore the others. The Grand Canyon lower strata have been dated younger than the upper strata that supposedly came later and flowed over it. Is this true? How old is the earth in reality, scientifically and logically?
