My friend told me, him and this girl are dating but are not in a relationship. He said they don't have sex, but I know they kiss. He use to like me(we kissed), but we decided to be friends. He tried to come over to my apartment at 2 am, but I didn't allow that because it was too late and he is dating her. So what is the difference?
